1. Service Description

Emma is an AI assistant for insurance prudential work including Solvency II governance, ORSA, capital modelling support, prudential reporting, and compliance reviews.

2. Professional Advice Disclaimer

Emma does not provide legal, actuarial, or regulatory sign-off. Verify all outputs with a qualified insurance, actuarial, compliance, or legal professional.

You should independently verify important outputs with a qualified insurance, actuarial, compliance, or legal professional before making material business, legal, tax, audit, prudential, donor, or operational decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Emma for unlawful purposes or to facilitate fraud, abuse, or professional misconduct.
• Do not submit confidential third-party data unless you have authority to do so.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, or misuse the service or its security controls.
• Do not rely on automated outputs without appropriate human review.

4. AI Model Disclosure

Emma is powered by large language model technology and may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated content. Outputs should be treated as drafts or research support, not final professional conclusions.

5. Scope

• Solvency II, governance, ORSA, QRT / SFCR, and prudential reporting support
• Control design, compliance mapping, remediation planning, and policy drafting support
• Regulatory research for insurance supervision, prudential frameworks, and governance expectations

Emma does not replace actuarial judgment, regulatory approval, legal representation, or formal sign-off obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iKanisa Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Emma. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta and applicable EU insurance frameworks, except where mandatory local or supranational rules apply.
